If today’s success keeps leading to tomorrow’s crash, you may be functioning above your sustainable capacity
You can’t expect to give even more when you’re already giving it everything you got. Instead of pushing harder, learn to better respect and work with your limits
Ripples was created by a severely energy-constrained founder so he could spend less time in recovery from past efforts. That helped him to more consistently engage with other activities. By devoting ~15 minutes a day to a plan → execute → review → adjust approach built around his energy, actions, and events, he learned to notice and respond to the triggers that chip away at his consistency
Now with this tiered review system and a short daily commitment, you can begin to rebuild your own workflow. Learn what it means to notice what is actually happening in your days so you can head off problems before they get out of control. Once you know what to watch out for, you can reduce your push-crash cycles and start seeing lasting progress

Ripples is a methodology developed over half a decade and used by the founder, friends, family, and colleagues to notice patterns affecting their day-to-day consistency
Its goal is to help users understand actions and events that impact their progress so they can learn to more consistently move towards their aspirations and avoid damaging push-crash cycles
It does this by asking the user to:
It is a plan → execute → review → adjust loop that relies on the energy, actions, and events to give that loop meaning

Ripples wants you to be consistent day-to-day. That can mean big, long term changes. But those changes don’t happen all at once. You will gradually be introduced to new layers at your own pace over time
Your first loop will be light — focusing on simply teaching you a foundational habit:
Day 1 (Evening):
Day 2 (Daytime):
And that’s it. That’s the first habit layer. You then repeat this sequence every day until you’re comfortable with moving on
Ripples follows a simple pattern: introduce one layer, give you time to adjust, then add the next when you’re ready. You control the pace

Ripples will walk you through an entire quarterly cycle starting with the first day and eventually closing your first quarter
Each level uses the same loop of plan → execute → review → adjust. They’re applied at different time scopes and each one will focus on different aspects of your life
Your progress is divided into 4 connected layers:
As you stack each layer, you’ll see how plans, execution, and energy impact your ability to remain consistent
By the time you understand the whole loop, you should have the tools you need to tackle life situations with a sustainability focused mindset
